1. Student Fee Refund

All student fees submitted are non-refundable, including admission fees, tuition fees, registration fees, and any other applicable charges.

No refunds will be issued once the fee is paid, regardless of withdrawal, absenteeism, or discontinuation of the child from the preschool for any reason.
2. Franchise Fee Refund

The franchise fee is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

Once the payment is made for securing a franchise under Whiz Sprouts Preschool, it is considered final and non-reversible.
3. Exceptional Cases

In rare cases where a duplicate payment has been made or a technical error has occurred, please contact us with proof of transaction. Such cases will be reviewed, and if valid, a resolution will be offered.
